Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Domestic
shipping, including Canada is a
flat-rate of $4.95. For International customers,
please email for your
shipping rate.
Because all of our items are handcrafted, please expect most items to
be
shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is
placed. Please feel free to email us if you need
your item by a certain date. We do our best to accomodate
everyone, and get your items out to you as soon as possible.
After completion of your item, overnight shipping is available. A
shipping quote will be emailed to you.
Free shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping does not include
international shipping or overnight shipping.
Expect the quilted wall hangings to ship in 2 weeks. |

Personalizations: Sunset On
The Hill will personalize your toddlers items with the name or saying
of your choice. Sunset On The Hill recognizes it is the customers
choice as to what will be embroidered on items, however we reserve the
right to refuse requested personalization.

Return Policy:
Personalized items are not refundable. If we have made a spelling error
on your personalized item, we will accept the item for return and
correct our error. We must be contacted within 7 days of your receipt
of the item.
Items that are not personalized are refundable up to 7 days after
receipt. |
Customization: We
gladly take customized orders. If there is a specific fabric or
embroidery design you would like, please email us and we will work with
you to find what you are looking for. Please be aware that
additional costs may be involved.
